    We purchased our system, the EV Green 2 water system, December 1st 2024 for $3570, totaling $4708.80 on a 36 month payment plan of $132.80/m from their salesman *** ******. I was told this water system would clean my water better than a Brita filter. I was told it would take a day or two to fill the large 4 gallon storage tank but then it would get faster once the filters were full of water. The production rate for the system is supposed to be ****** gallons a day as per their website information on the system. I am getting 4 cups a day. Our water pressure is fine so i know it isn't that and it shouldnt be the filters after only a few months. I have tried contacting the company to no avail. To this date they have responded to one email out of 4 asking for my information so they could send a plumber, then nothing. I am tired of calling and emailing to get no answer or resolution.I want the company to send someone to fix it, or take it back and cancel the contract and return all money spent on it so far. This is too expensive of a system to not be working and still have to be using the Brita jug *** said we would be able to get rid of.

    We purchased a water filtration system from EV Green on April 30, 2023. The promise was made that it would proved healthy drinking water with many health benefits. We paid $3570.00 on our credit card. The until was fully installed by May 26. The water was undrinkable. The owner Lal said he would put in a new unit that would give us great drinking water. It was installed on July 11and completed on July 12. Lal said he developed the unit and it was worth more than our original unit but no up charge. We left the system charge for two days and when we tried to use the water we only got about two cups of water and it ran out. Several times we tried to use and there was very little water. I contacted Lal on July 18 and said I want the system removed and my money back. He replied he would see what he could do and we have not heard from him again. I have had a water specialist come here and check the system. He said the whole system in not worth more that $550.00 and would not work in our home because of our water hardness, iron content and particulate. The system does not produce any water.
