    This is the worst company to ask for. I was told by them they could get my water down to 0ppm when they installed it. I did my own test and still saw it was at 187ppm and when I asked the manager, I had to add on an additional items to the machine for another $40+tax. Now this was now explained to when they came over to the the showing. I feel it is a price gouging and how the customer service head office email is very disrespectful *** **********. *** *** ******* ** **** *** *** *** ** *** ***** **** **** ****** *** ****. I was accused of keeping their machine when it was already picked up.
    This is the email:
    Hello
    SO, upon speaking with the manager of the Surrey I do now know what has been going on. As you signed a contract you should have been held reliable for one year of rental service for breaking the contract before it was over. The manager out of good faith waved that fee and agreed to only charge you the instillation fee of $150.00 plus the tax.
    With that being said you can either pay the $166.87 that is owing on the account and not be sent to collections, or you can pay $1408.75 that would have been owing if the manager did not agree to just charging you the install fee.
    This will be the last email reminder that you will be sent, if I do not have payment in full of the $166.87 by the end of the business day on January 31st 2023 then I will be sending your account to a third-party collection agency.“
    DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take you for your money. Not worth it.
