    *************************** received $500 which is her portion of the 60/40 split that we do. She signed a contract stating the same 60% for the boutique and 40% to the consigner.  Our POS system does the split so the amount is generated from the sale amount. This information is also on our website. We do not provide bill of sales to consigners as it has confidntional/personal banking information on it from the purchaser. I called and apologized for any miscomunication. If there is anything else I can offer, please let me know. 

    $1250 sale price. 

    40% is $500.

    I am rejecting this response because: I already understood the point she keeps making. I have no problem with the 60/40 split, nor have I ever had an issue with it. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect some form of bill of sale. Again, I asked for this information on multiple occasions. After not hearing from Ashbury Bridal for a very long time (my dress was brought to them during pandemic), I contacted them to say I'd be coming up to retrieve the dress myself, and pay any outstanding amount for storage/cleaning. Suddenly I was informed that the dress had just sold! I was told purchaser had until end of July to pay for it. Fine with me.
