    We've used Ecoline several times for windows and doors in our two properties, and they always deliver exceptional quality and service! The installation team is professional, efficient, and leaves everything spotless. The products are high-quality, energy-efficient, and have made a noticeable difference in our home's comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch work!

    Not impressed with them promoting grants to blind you into buying their product. Being a senior i was blinded to think the rebates would cut the cost. A difference of 1400 off the total of the price. which in the end fell through, ************* cancelled my account after contacting a company to do the pre and post evaluation which would of cost me around a grand. Contract was signed Jan 9 2024 work was done June 15 2024 . I got a receipt for the deposit on Jan 9 and have not gotten a receipt for full payment on June 15. I did not get the rebates promoted by the reap from greener homes which cost me full price on the windows, My ******** got spammed with promotions from the company saying they pay up to ******* when I contacted the company to ask about them I was referred to the reap, whom said nothing could be done. I have been trying to get a receipt for the full payment which was sent out July 25 according to the company which I never received. I feel that the company should honor the grants that they promoted.

    We just had all our windows and doors replaced by Ecoline. They met the timeline they provided at the time of quote. Installers were great, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Our energy assessment came back very strong. The tech said he's been doing this for a long time and this is one of the largest improvements he's seen. Our 1980 home is now on par with a typical new build after installing our new windows and doors!

    The door we ordered took a while, however, the customer service was exceptional throughout the process. The installers were on time and professionally and did a fantastic job installing the door. They left the area they worked in spotless. I would recommend Ecoline.

    It took a while ,as everything does these days,it was worth the wait.Great windows and the installers were fast and cleaned up the mess after,highly recommend them.
