    Never order from them. They should not be allowed to run a business as it seems like they don't delivery any of the products that customers order. I have contested the charge with my credit card company but he came back saying that it had been shipped but could not provide any documentation. My next step is to take them to Small Claims Court in the hopes that I get a little bit of money back.

    Similar to other reviewers, I ordered a product and did not receive it, and communication was practically non-existent. Avoid!

    ******************* purchased on December 27 and on January 4th went to the local pickup address during their business hours in the hope of picking the leg up. The address is in a higher end residential condo development. We have e-mailed and telephoned numerous times after being told it would be placed on a shipment to our home location a week ago. It did not arrive and despite attempts to obtain information we have not heard back from the company.

    Ordered standard size hairpin legs with powder coating. The business states ***** days. After one month I was told that the legs were shipped but they never showed and no tracking number could be provided. Two months since the order was placed I asked for a refund and despite the owner stating he would issued it, I never received it on my credit card. Extremely disappointed and hopefully no one else gets scammed by Vancouver Hairpin Legs.
