    according to ***** if a member moves more than 30kms a refund should be honoured, see sections below and the oxygen yoga franchises contract states these terms but the langley location failed to provide a contract at the time of purchase and then failed to honour the refund at the time of move when I signed up at a another location I notice the terms on the back of the contract and that they are based on *****

    Hi The address is  Oxygen yoga willoughby - 20728 Willoughby Town Centre Dr #120, Langley Twp, BC V2Y 0P3. They own two locations in langley but this is the franchise I had attended.

    Thank you for addressing this matter, there’s always two sides to every story. Being away with limited access to emails I was not able to get back to said client in a timely matter (6 days) resulting in a email from BBB which has us disappointed and upset. We have been in business for 10 years, a family business and we take great pride in member satisfaction and safety. The details provided does not state all the important details. I have attached a picture which was provided by the member. Once she provides us with her proof of new address which needs to be provided for us to be able to address her account accordingly, this policy is in place for us to be able to address each account accordingly and not be taken advantage of. Purchase documents are provided via email and contracts can be picked up in the studio if members request, there was no such request. Thank you for your assistance BBB, I’m currently waiting for email replies from this member so that I can move forward and address accordingly!
