    April 11, 2025 - deposit was issued via post dated cheque, our hired contractor started the install of the artificial turf in our backyard.April 12, 2025 - contractor finished the project which was 2 days earlier than the original verbal agreement.April 13, 2025 - contractor keeps on insisting for the full payment considering they were two days early and we are not home to inspect the final project. inspected the project late afternoon upon arrival and took images as it was very noticeable and concerning.April 14, 2025 - business partner came to do touch up repairs which was insufficient also collected the rest of the payment, was issued a post dated cheque. no receipt was given.April 17, 2025 - messaged the owner as to when they will be coming back to finish the repairs.April 21, 2025 - owner responded asking when will be the best time for them to drop by? my wife agreed to the proposed date and time given by the owner.April 25, 2025 - no response from the owner April 30, 2025 - according to the owner, one of their team member showed up and knew what needs to get fixed without notifying either of us to be there.May 1, 2025 - took images of all the spots that needs to be repaired. Both my wife and sent text message to the owner and did not receive any response back.May 2, 2025 - messaged the owner via text, no response back May 10, 2025 - messaged the owner again to provide us an update and owner responded that mom is not doing well.May 20, 2025 - sent another text message to the owner asking for an update and received no response.
