    Bad Attitude!!Took our vehicle there after a three week waiting period on advice from a friend. He actually, hadn't used the shop before. Turns out we needed to get an alternator done. After a few days, the alternator that they put in failed. Took it back to them. And now I've been waiting for a week for them to do the repairs again. Nothing but attitude and excuses, why should I have to deal with their problems? Owner always seems to be flipping back-and-forth in his book of reservations, but can't find the actual reservation. Very unorganized! One thing a customer doesn't want to hear is a bunch of excuses as to why the repairs can't get done or what's happening with the shop. I don't care if Employees aren't showing up or if they have people Too many people towed in or if they have a long waiting list. The repairs were already done. They were done faulty. I would expect that they would just repair and be done with it Not make me wait in a queue to get things done. I do not recommend this business!!!
