      Dear Sir,
      I send you the correspondence email and the payment receipt to Acadia college for the disputed transaction.

      There are no such terms and conditions at the payment page or on their website stating that this $250 tuition deposit fee was non-refundable. There is no such mention on the payment receipt which is attached for your reference as Exhibit 1.

      Further, I attach the application form as Exhibit 2 that the student filled in and I filed it with the college. There is no mention of a non-refundable fee in the terms and conditions.

      I also attached Exhibit 3, the college's policy document where there is no mention of advanced tuition fee deposit or its refund policies.

      If the student was not approved for the program to study at the college, there is no point in withholding the fee. In either case, the fee receipt and the college application form must have specifically mentioned that the student was committing to a non-refundable fee. * ** * ******** *** ********* ******** *********** **************** ** **** ******** **** *** ******* ** *********** *** *********** ***************** *** * *** *** ********* ********* *** ******* ** **** *** *********** *** ****** ** **** *** ******** * ****** *** ***** ********* **** *** **** ********* ** ******* ** * ****** ** ****** ** *** ******* ** ******* **

      I spoke to Mr. Pankaj S***** who is the Assistant Campus Manager. Mr. S***** ensured that the student would be approved on the basis of the information I provided to him. You can check his email communication with me. At no point, it was revealed that the fee would be withheld or that the student would not be approved for the program. *** ******** *** *** ******** *** ******** ************. The rejection of her application is absurd and the fee held is totally unreasonable.
      I dispute this transaction as 30 days have passed and it is now evident that the college is not issuing a refund of this fee. * *** ** ********* ** ********** ** ** ****** **** ******** *****
