      These vultures wont stop calling me about a parking ticket debt that isnt even mine. I have blocked them on my phone yet they keep calling and leaving messages with an automated message. They cant even bother to have a real person do their dirty work. Its been a year of being vexed by them and it seems the only way they will stop is if they go out of business, which I sure hope will happen soon.

      Scammers! I paid a parking ticket directly to *************** within the allotted time frame; mind you, I did not make the discounted fine time frame, so I had to pay extra. Now, Wiggins ***************** is harassing me, saying I owe them. This is illegal Is it not? Can't someone do something about this? They have no right to my phone number, nor do they have the right to ask me to pay them; we never had a contract, and I don't owe anything to the company they say they represent. I do not owe Diamond Parking, that debt was paid in full. I want them to stop calling, but they don't.

      Hello Ms. ******* *** forwarded the file to our office on Jan 3 2025. I have checked their website and I see the file has indeed been paid. I have closed the file. We get notified of payments when we receive the next batch of delinquent accounts. The next batch probably would have included this payment, we simply hadn't received it as yet.

      Do you guys generally have a life outside of calling people for bullcrap? I've been getting at least 5-6 calls A WEEK of an unpaid parking ticket. We never stepped a foot on *******! We've also haven't had a car for three straight years. This is a business where they scam and exploit the elderly and the differently-abled. I can't believe I'm breathing the same air as you people. You all sicken my core.

      Was disgusted when agent wouldnt listen and said they would tow me away !! Im a senior and parked to let my dog pee !! Maybe 5 mins !! Tried meter and couldnt get my card to work ?? Your staff need some training in deplomacy and courteous responces !! $175 is a lot for a senior on *** income !***********************

      Hello ******************, I have reviewed the file and though I can appreciate that you are a senior on a pension, I see the agent you spoke offered (and you accepted and paid) a reduction to the original 175 dollar fine. The agent you spoke to is a very courteous young man. As a collection agency that deals mainly with punitive debt, we get vilified by everyone, however, we merely collect on behalf of our clients, we do not issue those tickets or own these debts.

      Hello *****, if you are receiving calls for someone elses ticket, it is because your phone number is listed on their credit file as their home phone. If you made a note of the file number, or give me your phone number, I can remove it

      My experience with Wiggins Adjustments debt collection has been deeply disappointing and concerning. I received no phone call or letter in the mail regarding a $50 parking ticket, yet they took the liberty of destroying my credit for the next 14 years. This lack of due process is not only unfair but also goes against ******** law, which emphasizes fairness and proportionality in legal matters.It is alarming to witness the lack of oversight and accountability exhibited by Wiggins Adjustments. The severity of the impact on my credit score is completely disproportionate to the nature of the offense. Ruining someone's credit for a minor parking violation is unjust and unreasonable.The absence of any form of communication or warning exacerbates the issue further. The sudden discovery that my credit has been tarnished without any prior notification is distressing and raises questions about the practices of Wiggins Adjustments. It is their responsibility to ensure transparency and provide individuals with the opportunity to address any outstanding issues before resorting to such drastic measures.In summary, Wiggins Adjustments' handling of my case has demonstrated a blatant disregard for due process and fairness. The company's actions have not only caused unnecessary financial hardships but have also eroded trust in their operations. Changes must be implemented to ensure that individuals are treated fairly and that their credit is not unduly destroyed for minor infractions.

      Hello ******************, The first TOL ticket was received in this office on March 21 2023, a letter was generated on the 23rd and sent. Second ticket was received March 30th and another letter sent. In the interim, as we are members of ****************** we traced down a phone number via TransUnion's product service. Upon calling we were told the number was wrong and we removed it. A third ticket was received on May 30th and another letter sent. We have gone to some lengths to contact you and avoid damage to your credit (FYI- any item drops off after 6 years ***** But having gotten no response from you, procedures were adhered to. The good news is, it appears you have paid your tickets and once TOL confirms with this office we can take steps to mitigate the damage done.

      If zero stars was an option this is what I would rate them. ********* company with no legal grounds for debt collection - European ticket that occurred 5+ yrs ago without my knowledge and then they appear out of nowhere claiming they have a right to collect on their debts. If they have grounds, take me to court, but they won't. Won't adhere to the request for cease and assist. Unethical and disgraceful business.

      Hello again ****************. When a tourist goes to a foreign ************** in this case, and violates the traffic laws there. The Italian province or municipality requires an agent in the tourists country of origin to collect the fine(s) they incur. In ******, we are their agent. It makes no difference how long it took them to forward your account to us. Once we receive it, we shall pursue it on their behalf, it's what we do. You may not like being called by a collection agency, I mean who does, but to be indignant over something you yourself caused is somewhat unseemly. As to your claims of **********. When you owe a legitimate debt, it's not ********** for us to call you on it.

      They have zero ability to affect your credit rating. Canadian law does not allow a private company to effect your credit rating for something as petty as a parking ticket. Only cities can effect your credit rating, so if you get officially ticketed by the municipality, make sure you pay it. If you get ticked by a company like ******** or ****** etc., do not pay the ticket. You are already providing business for the people that hire ****** and ******** etc.. Do not let them **** you into paying a completely unfounded private ticket.
      I Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a **** company, that operates by illegally obtaining your personal information so they can harass you into paying for private tickets.
      Companies like this are the reason why the world is in such a terrible condition.

      You are quite right ******, in that, a ticket from a private parking company will not affect credit unless they obtain a judgment against you. However, if you do not pay your parking fines, they DO have the right, supported by the provincial gov't, to tow and impound your vehicle for unpaid fines in accordance with their posted signage. And, you are quite wrong to say we act illegally in any way, If that were true, that same provincial gov't would not allow agencies like ours to operate.
