      We did our research online, all reviews were very positive. We then met with **** ( the owner ******* was super nice & made us feel very good about choosing his company for the work we needed done ( our shower/ tub needed new drywall, waterproofing & tile ) , he said " we treat your home like our home " . They didn't practice what they preach, no communication between *************** they were installing the tile in the incorrect pattern that we discussed with ****. We also wanted a niche put in as well, after they built the niche we happened to notice ( by accident ) , that screws were sticking through the adjoining closet wall. We mentioned it to the installers, they denied doing it ( even though the screws poking out of the wall were the same pattern as the niche they built ) . The tile work itself was not a professional job & the grout work was awful, the tile framework around the niche is not good at all ! ( and they weren't going to waterproof the niche until we called them out on it ) We called **** several times to voice our concerns over these *********** was extremely difficult to get a hold of & never once was he concerned or apologetic about how the job was going. After the job was done & the grout had to be redone, we found out they had fired their installers ( why ?? ) and **** ( the owner ) & another top quality installer were going to fix it. We again mentioned the issues about the screws poking through our closet ****************** denied that his crew was responsible ( when no one else was here doing any kind of work ). They did fix it reluctantly, and re-did the grout. But the other issues they felt did not need fixing & just left it at that. We did reach out to other tile installers & asked if they could evaluate the work that was just finished ( not telling them who did the work ) , all 3 people said it was not a good professional job . In the end, we were not impressed with Journey Flooring ( in ******* ) & cannot recommend them for any kind of work.

      We appreciate this feedback. It shows we fixed and addressed the customers concerns. If you have 3 professionals why wouldnt they have done the work. Most interesting. All the best to you and ***.

      They did not fix the issues & were not willing to fix them . ( as I am guessing it would have been to costly for them to fix - better to leave a poor job rather than do good work ) As far as the professionals who came to look at the finished product. We only wanted their opinion .
