    Order date: Aug 22, 2023, 12:49?PM ***** Tracking ************ Issue: Damaged product. Not damaged by carrier.The lid to this product was crammed into a box that was too small for the lid and the lid get crushed. There was absolutely no damage to the box it was shipped in. So, it happened when it was boxed up. I have repeatedly contacted their support about this, and they have decided not to honor their promise to fix the problem by shipping me a new lid to replace the damaged one. the whole product is useless without the accompanying lid.

    I am rejecting this response because: I don't appreciate that they are still lying about ALL of the efforts that I made multiple times contacting their support team directly on their website, and they never responded.

    And even though I have received notice of a shipment being sent out for the replacement lid, they have done that to me before on the original shipment as well. And then for some reason, that shipment never went out. I had to contact them with all of my order information and wait until the next week before it actually got shipped. So, until I actually receive the shipment and have inspected it for damage, nothing is resolved. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they ship me some other customers scratched up return. I don't trust these people and because of being forced to go to all of trouble to get it resolved, I don't care if turns out to be the best product that I've ever purchased of this type, I will never do business with them again.
