      Project went between ********* when construction costs were trending upward. That said we weren't willing to go with the lowest bidder and live a life of regrets during and after a project. Markley Construction did a significant reno to a neighbor's house so we got to meet their team, watch them work, and get an honest review from the neighbors, which was why we chose to move ahead with them. As a company owner and project general, the owner of Markley Construction is stellar at advocating on behalf of the homeowner whether it's in advising us on the right approach to get to our vision, or negotiating with the city on our behalf to get approvals, permits and inspections done. His trades mirror the same level of integrity and diligence in how they carry themselves, their work area and the final project. A construction/renovation is like war and no plan survives contact with the enemy (unseen building issues, city issues, weather issues, money issues, trade issues), you don't want to suffer unnecessary losses with the wrong team on your side. With Markley Construction you will rest easy knowing they're in the trenches (mind the pun) working hard and smart to deliver you a successful outcome!

      We have used Markley Construction on two full house renovations. Both renovations exceeded our expecations and we were thrilled with the end result. We highly recommend using ****** and his team for all your renovation/design needs. His team is prompt, professional and genuinely cares about the entire process.       Markley construction exceeded my already very high expectations for a complete condominium renovation/remodeling .I appreciated their detail to high quality finishing and all the materials they chose to get there.I felt all of the trades people I met were really professional, very neat and focussed on their work.The end result was completely amazing,, magazine worthy!I would highly recommend them

      We recently used Markley Construction to finish our basement. From the moment of contact ****** was prompt, responsive, and transparent. ****** is knowledgeable and ready to suggest different options, and with the help of ********, the designer, made the entire process as easy and seamless as possible. His crew tried to minimize disruptions, were on site when we were told they would be, and kept an extraordinarily clean site. ****** was efficient in taking care of any post project issues that arose and was always available if we had a question or issue. The finished project exceeded our expectations. We would use Markley Construction again on a heartbeat and have already recommended ****** to a number of friends and family.

      Markley Construction tops our list of condo renovation experts. Once they transformed our main bathroom, we didn’t bother to call anyone else to completely re-fit either our kitchen or the balance of our main living area. Thomas is open, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and a dedicated craftsman who worked hard to ensure our jobs were completed in a timely fashion and within budget. We are grateful for the practical suggestions and artistry he brought to the finished product. His crew deserves equal praise. At all times they were pleasant, helpful, and respectful. Their work, from carpentry, through plumbing, electrical fittings, tiling, hard floor installation, and painting were exceptionally well executed. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Markley Construction to anyone interested in quality work and customer satisfaction.

      Thomas @ Markley has built my exterior addition/legal suit.
      I really cant say enough about him and the crew.
      Profesion / respectable/ knowledgeable/ dedicated /informative .. I could go to him with question or concern and always confident with rhe final decision... I love my Unit and everything is perfect ! I trusted him to guid me through the process 100% ! The quality and crafmanship shows and speeks for itself...
      In the near futur I have another project and no way would I consider anyone else for the project.. NO Way !

      I would recommend Markley Construction without any hesitation. I hired Markley Construction to rebuild my deck and patio and repaint the exterior of my home. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, gave good advice and created a beautiful deck and patio within my budget. Markley Construction doesn't just get the project done but does it well. The entire crew obviously knew their stuff and worked efficiently and effectively.
      In addition, to completing the deck project, shortly after the rain started, my old drain tile overflowed and water started to leak into my basement. I asked Thomas if he could suggest an inexpensive and temporary solution to get me through the winter. Thomas came right away to have a look at the issue. He worked hard to find a good solution within my price range and repaired the problem areas in my drain tile in one day.These repairs went beyond my expectations and will last me for years to come. If you use Markley Construction, you can trust that you will get quality workmanship at a fair price.
