Better Under Construction warrants that the work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
This warranty is valid for a period of one year from the date of completion.
If, within the Warranty Period, any part of the Work is found to be faulty due to improper workmanship and the Client notifies the Contractor during such period, the Contractor agrees to repair or correct the defective work at no additional cost to the Client.
For clarity, this warranty does not cover any faulty products, appliances, or materials supplied, installed or used in connection with the Work.
