They have prepaid services that they say expire in 90 days. **** ** *** ***** ** ******* If you have purchased any prepaid services, specifically during a sale then beware because you have a very short period of time to use them. I purchased through a text message that leads to their website and received a confirmation of the order. Neither of which says anything about an expiry. Although the owner says now that the website had a disclaimer that I missed. I remember at the time having a hard time navigating the site on the day so I was a bit flustered, and if I missed it that was an innocent mistake. But again nothing on my order said anything about an expiry. I had received my treatment and a secondary one before this issue came up and even after explicitly saying we would not be paying for the amount and certainly not before talking to the owner - our cards were charged the full amount of the service. So they have now charged our cards twice…….once for the gift card amount and then a second time for an additional full treatment amount. I am a long time customer, I have spent a lot of money with them and frankly since this arose I have only been treated with aggression and arrogance. This is not a small amount of money and at this point I have paid twice for an already expensive service. I’m honestly just so disheartened by this whole experience - as a tired mom I didn’t spend this money lightly to begin with but it was a treat to myself for accomplishing a goal I worked towards for a year and now not only am I out more money (will be disputing) but left feeling bullied, gaslighted and upset. Update: the owner changed her wording every time I came up with an argument against it but after posting on local mom groups about my experience she refunded my money.

Bought a box, did not match there description at all. Company was completely unsympathetic and clearly deleted bad reviews. Would never purchase from them again.

So this is a Buyer Beware Businsess that is interested in taking your money but not interested in following up with concerns. I had a "consultation" which lasted all of 10 minutes where the conversation was about Amanda's daughter's 21st birthday. During the conversation she decided to do a "trial patch" and when I called later to let her know I had had a bad reaction, I did not get a call back as requested but was directed to send pictures. I documented my concerns but did not send the pictures as I really wanted to talk about my experience and get some feedback. I asked again for a call back and was ignored for the second time. I was very concerned as the "trial patch" left me with one area of skin that looked and felt burned (and took weeks to heal) and another patch of my skin where the sun spots were darkened and much more visible (as opposed to less visible). I asked for my $100 worth of merchandise (as per their advertised policy that the consultation fee could be used to purchase products). I was told "No, the $100 is the cost of the consultation and "trial patch". I did not ask for the "trial patch" and did not want it. After the 10 minute "consultation", I was walked to the front desk where Amanda announced I needed 2 sessions at $500 for 2 full face sessions (I had wanted spot treatments). There was no conversation about my thoughts and all decisions were made without my input. I have lost my $100 and intend to warn others not to pay a consultation fee to this business. Most similiar business do not charge that fee and many family practices are now also running Aesthetics Clinics as a service within the private family practice (with no cost for a consultation and no pressure to purchase pricey creams as part of the consultation process). As it has been weeks with no effort by Amanda to respond to my phone calls, I wonder if I will get a written "response/excuses" to this public sharing of my very negative experience. Buyer BEWARE!
