  On Thursday, August 22, I took a 2004 ***** CRV which I had just purchased to this Mr. **** for an oil change. By Monday, August 26 the vehicle would not start. On Tuesday, August 27, when the mechanic did diagnostics on the vehicle, he found that the oil was extremely low and dark, and that the engine was ruined. Mechanics report: So we have gone thru it checked it has spark it has fuel and put the other battery in and checked.the starter . Unfortunately what we found is bad the crv was ran low on oil . Which caused the timing chain tensioner to come lose and the timing chain jumped about 7 teeth .causing the cylinders to hit the valves . The motor needs to be replaced or rebuilt. I am now without a vehicle.

  Below is a report of the really bad work done by unqualified staff at Mr Lube *******. The franchise owner purchased the wrong parts and oversaw the negligence. Notes: Steering wheel off center, found incorrect outer tie rod end installed on right hand side. The outer tie rod ends are different side to side and the right hand side is not correct. Found worm gear clamp holding steering rack boot in place but inner clamps missing. Steering rack boots have been damaged and should be replaced. Found both inner tie rod ends loose, see video. Both front tires have started to scallop due to how off the alignment is. Recommend replace both front inner and out tie rod ends, steering rack boots and both front ********** lug nut on right front wheel has been replaced with an incorrect one, recommend replace with factory lug nut.

  Recently had a transmission flush done at Mr. **** that they said I needed done no other mention of anything else. Only to go on vacation with my kids to have my check engine light come on half way through the drive. I plugged the code reader in and it said transmission fluid low so I had to leave my car up where I went on vacation and contacted Mr. **** when I got home for them to now tell me that I had a transmission leak which was never mentioned before in all the time Ive been going there, only that I needed a transmission flush so clearly they messed my vehicle up. Only giving it one star because thats the only option do not go here for anything.
