    Hello, I had a digital marketer reach out to me on facebook. I am a newer real estate agent that got licensed about a year ago. The Digital Marketer named Jag G***, claims to own the company deal generation ****************************. He had promised me to get me 40 - 50 buyer leads a month for my real estate business for three months. He showed me testimonial videos of realtors that have used his service. Jag promised he would be on calls with me daily, he offered to make follow up phone calls with me to show me his system. He sounded pretty convincing so I agreed to sign up. Since I paid Jag, he has been unresponsive to me. At first, I had to follow up multiple times to get a hold of him, after multiple attempts he finally replied saying that he had some family out of town and he has not been able to get back to his clients. He told me to call the next day (August 21 2022), as his family was leaving on the evening of August 20 2022. On August 21, I tried to reach Jag via phone call but I was not able to get a hold of him ( I have phone records and texts). On August 22 2022 I reached out to Jag via text saying "hey Jag, you mentioned you were free to chat yesterday but I didn't get a call back, are you free to chat now." On August 23 2022, I st*** did not hear back from Jag, so I texted him asking him for a refund because I was not able to get any of his support, no replies, also I wasn't getting what I was promised. Since August 23 2022, I have tried to reach to Jag multiple times via text and phone call and he has been unresponsive. I was promised daily support, and 40-50 leads. I received a total of maybe 5 leads? At this point, I just want a refund of my money and move on. I want to mention that at first, Jag was reading my messages but not replying, now I cannot see if he reads my messages. I am asking for your help because Jag is unresponsive and did not deliver on his services. I have attached text communication of trying to get a hold of Jag.
