      * In September of this year I purchased a 2024 GasGas dirt bike from International Motorsports in *******. * I had a number of concerns with my experiences throughout the process, of which I forwarded to **** ****** (the owner) shortly afterwards.* Following a number of back-and-forth emails (and an extremely concerning phone call with ****, where he acted in a very unprofessional and confrontational manner) a resolution was found.* On September 24 **** offered me an in-store/online credit of $500 and I thanked him for it. * He followed up on the same day with this offer Were not here to f*** anyone over ***. Life is too short man. Want me to send yah an autographed **** *** Helmet or something ?? What size are yah ??* He did not imply that the helmet was in lieu of the $500 store credit and my response also did not imply I would accept a helmet in lieu of the credit.* He then said he would send some pics of helmets to choose from, but never did. I assumed he was never serious in the first place.* I was having difficulties accessing the $500 store credit online, so **** forwarded me to **** Ink, the parts manager.* **** helped me sort things out and get an order placed for two pairs of riding pants and two riding jerseys. * **** took **** payment of $110.91 from me, which was the difference of the total cost and the $500 store credit.* I received notifications that the clothing had arrived at the store and that it would be shipped to me. * I asked **** for a shipping tracking number and he said he would get it to me. He never did.* when I inquired as to my order status, he told me **** sent a helmet in place of the clothing.* I explained I did not receive a helmet and that I wanted the items we agreed to and that I paid for. * They are now ignoring me and not sending my order.* this was a legally binding transaction that they are refusing to honour and I am looking for your assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you,*** *********

I recently purchased a **** motorcycle from international motorsport in Langley BC.
At the time of purchase, everything seemed amazing. The salesman was very friendly and quick to provide helpful information that I requested. The answers I recieved to some of my questions was a big factor in my decision to purchase a **** bike.

Prior to purchasing, I requested that the salesperson enquire about a certain part (charge tank) for the electric motorcycle that would allow me to access the level 2 chargers that are available on many routes throughout the province for fast-charging. I was excited about the prospect of being able to use the bike for summer road trips for the entirety of the season.
I was advised that it would take two weeks to have the part in store and installed. I was told this both before, and during the purchase of the bike. I purchased the bike as a cash purchase and left it at the dealership to organize and install this part, with a few other additions. I looked forward to riding.

After purchase, everything quickly began to chang. Two weeks passed, and I hadn't been given a update on the install. I reached out to the dealership parts department, but nobody got back to me in parts or service regarding the part.
I contacted zero motorcycles to inquire how long the part would take and was told late August - and I was also advised that there is a huge shortage regarding that specific part. I was advised this was not new information within the company ****** or industry (dealerships).

This was extremely frustrating to find out, as not only had I asked for this to be looked into prior to purchase , but the two week lead time was the governing factor in my purchase of this bike. If I would have been told honestly that it would take until August, or that the dealership was uncertain, I would have purchased another bike at the time from a dealership much closer to where I live so that service and parts would be easier to obtain.

      Much more.
