    Hi there. We bought a *** nesting machine from Coast Machinery Group(CMG) back in December 2022. It’s been almost three months and still it’s not in working. Even after fulfilling all the requirements by CMG. We are trying continuously to get in touch with CMG regarding this issue, but no luck with it.

    The products purchased from Coast Machinery were delivered to the purchaser within the agreed time period, there were no other items to be delivered or fulfilled by Coast Machinery. The Purchaser was to hire a technician who is familiar and capable of the installation of this product. There is no contract, purchased service or promise made by Coast Machinery to install, start or train for these items purchased. To assist the purchaser we suggested a few names as well as the Factory manufacturer as qualified persons for the installation. if one is not able or capable we recommended the best option, but most expensive to be the factory technician. To date we are not aware of any steps taken towards this other than a few visits by one technician who admits he is unsure to complete the set up.  

    Please note that Coast Machinery also offered a 45 day warranty for the machine should a part be found faulty. Coast Machinery Policy would offer a used replacement part to solve the issue. The warranty is limited and although offers the buyer reassurance it is one which requires a qualified technician to find whish part may be a issue to activate the replacement service.
