    "THIS REPAIR SHOP, MADE ** VEHICLE WORSE & UNSAFE"On or around April 18th, 2023, i took my car to Coast 2 Coast Wheels to commence custom work which, was geared towards, addressing some paint scuffs & blemishes around the outer body. Prior to the 18th, I had gone to see the business operator, *******************, solely to look at rims and tires for my vehicle. He purported his expertise in other custom work that I was looking to get done. He asserted that--he would then do the custom work required for my vehicle, on the basis that I made the purchases of ***************************** from his shop.After a $3000 deposit for rims and tires on April 12, 2023, I prepared a list with photos and instructions for other after-market installations that I needed to get done. Throughout numerous conversations with ****, he assured me that his years of experience and expertise would complete this project successfully. And though, I tried to ascertain the degree of costs for the custom work he, **** kept assuring me that he would take very good care of ****** should not worry. 'You're going to love the work we do on your vehicle.' He kept saying. Throughout the cycle of the repairs, I became anxious that--not much was being done on the vehicle and I was extremely concerned enough, I voiced my discontent about the delays in completing the project, verbally & in writing. My reason for choosing the service from Coast 2 Coast, was based on proximity to my work. It seemed convenient at the time, knowing his shop was within walking distance from my place of work. It was easy to visit to see the progress or lack thereof, of work being done to my car. When I saw that body work was not done to my satisfaction, as little as 10% of the work required, I became extremely dissatisfied at the end of June and therefore made requests with deadlines, in writing. When I made my final payment, concluding payments of $23,000. I am still having electrical & mechanical issues that I advised them about, to no avail.
