    I had booked for my upcoming kids bday party 2 days ago and since the price was way higher I asked them to change my current bday party package to one that had an individual plan. I talked to a representative and they said they can change and asked me to send an email. After I send an email, I wa told that I cant change and also they cant speak on behalf of who erroneously told me that I can change. I was given no discretion or option to change. Infact with the change I was thinking of adding more people which in a way gives them more business however they were not ready to change the booking which again I emailed them within 2 days of my booking. I feel I was t valued as a customer and not prepared to change.
