  We were going throw autologociq to get a loan to fix our truck got approved Oct 9th we sent our truck to sniper by tow the ignition was done when we put it on flat bed as we had to stick it in N to b able to move it. Now we wait a week to hear nothing. Then we get a email from auto logic saying it would cost ****** to fix and the ignition is broken dont work and there is many other things wrong. 1 when the truck arrived there the ignition was fine 2 how did they know it would cost ****** if they couldnt and didnt do any test on it. So Oct 23 we picked up the truck with a tow. And took it to storage now when it arrived to storage. We noticed there was a mess in side the truck And then noticed the the ignition was punched out. We then asked the shop what happened he yelled deal with auto logic thats how it arrived. If it arrived that way. Way wasnt the ignition part of the issue stated in the first place it wasnt cuz only thing was that ether was fuel pump. Glow plugs or. Injectors Now we still havent got answers auto logic isnt responding to any of our emails. Voice mails or calls. And snippet says its like that not his problem. But well my truck was in sniper care it was vandalized by ether the shop or out side party. But nothing inside was stolen or moved just that the ignition was badly damaged. We ant answers. We feel this is very unprofessional on both parties we are trying to deal with. See before we hit the email about picking up truck we could get a response from auto logic with no issues now I cant get ahold of anyone we only sent it there cuz that was auto logic partner shop and we trusted our truck would be safe and taken care of now were out more money no answers and iam upset as this truck I inherited from my dad means a lot to me I have a normal mechanic but wasnt able to send to my normal guy as had to go to there partner shop. I dont no what to Do but iam fighting for answers and hope it dont happen to others pls help

  This truck was sent to us by autologiq, a lending company that works with us, 

  our  technicians saw the truck, was in a bad shape, they went through the truck right after it was dropped off by the towing company, 

  our technicians contacted autologic that the ignition is broken, we wont be able to work on this, as they only approved the loan for his truck around $2000, the cost of repair would be more than approved loan against the value of the truck, our team declined the work order sent by autologiq, 

  this customer have to deal with autologiq as they were the point of his contact for him,

  I am rejecting this response because:of the truck had a ign proble before going to the shop then we would of did a icbc claim as that would indicate that someone tried to steal it  auto logic tells us to deal with  sniper now its just back and forth  game so what ever I guess I will just deal with it on my own  I even asked to see video of where our truck was parked and nothing   The tow truck company said it was fine when they dropped it off but thats fine more ppl get away with vandalizing others property  iam so upset this truck was my dads that I inherited  this is the only shop that has said it was in bad shape  our normal Guy we take it to would never of treated it like this or us like this  this truck is now trash and its like throwing away apart of my heart  but thats fine ppl dont care

  this Truck was never accepted by our shop, there is the customer, the tow truck and the lender autologiq to do anything with this, our shop has nothing to do with this at all,
