    Worst company I've ever had to deal with. They sold me a truck inches winter time with Summer tires. They were so bald I had to biu new tires as well the tires and steering wheel were put of alignment. Manager ***** stated they had let go of the persons whom sold me said truck. However still dealing with missed payments or am double charged due to "miscommunication ". I 100% recommend not getting a vehicle from here

    I was sold a truck for $30,000 by the sales manager ***** at Norman Motor Group and less than a week later found oil leaks all over my new driveway and had the vehicle inspected by a licensed diesel mechanic shop, and was told the truck was a write off and shouldve never been sold. The repairs list would cost well over $25,000 to repair. Norman Motor Group refused to repair or take back their truck.

    I sent a deposit for a veichle and they sold it to someone local while I was arranging travel plans and never contacted me to notify it was sold. When the manager called me, he just yelled, swore and blamed customers for always being "flakey" and said "would you hold a veichle for someone else if there was someone willing to pay cash right there today?" Then it took about a week and a half of constant calls to get my deposit back.
