      I hired this company to install a residential sprinkler system. They put in the connection to the city water, and I paid the invoice in full on receipt. I then tried to book a follow up to install the lines, and they said they would get back to me within a day. They never did and then stopped responding to all further attempts to contact them. I just tried again and finally got an answer, however they refused to book anything, saying they are too busy. I initially tried to book the follow up July 2024, and now in March 2025 they are too busy with other customers, even when I asked if I could book in June--a full year after they started the install. Horrific lack of customer service.
