    Hey this place is holding my truck on me as well as my skidoo was in an accident and vehicle is a write off so now its sitting in skookum towings yard been over 3 weeks and **** is even getting upset all the dude has to do is take a picture of my truck so icbc can start the process in getting me a vehicle as I much need to get to work every day the tow company was exposed to do it the day of, but is been sitting there since November 30th as he collects storage fees from ****. He wont answer the phone went out to talk to The dude, and he said Im to tired would have to open the gate and move a car says 24/h 7 days a week in the website and every where else. They just havent done nothing to help gave him my number have called every day and no answer, Im pretty sure hes just using it to collect storage fees for my skidoo and truck.. I need this to hurry up I have to work hes affecting my wellbeing by me not able to make money and pay my bills Im a tax payer and need a vehicle to do so!!! I would greatly appreciate if you could help me please

    To whom it may concern. THE REGISTERED OWNER (**) or **** was not being charged for any storage fees regarding his snowmobile that was still stored on the back of his vehicle.   ICBC photos were submitted not long after Skookum recovered the **s vehicle which was requested by the ***** not the **.   ICBC emailed saying they did not receive the photos so they were resubmitted on dec 17, 2024.  So now any delays in this claim are solely in ****'s hands.  I cannot do anything else to further the claim until ICBC contacts us again.  As far as access to the vehicle, the ** was trying to get his snowmobile to go play. That has no bearing on his claim.  Also, the ** expected us to deal with that after hours. Yes we are a 24hr/7d a week business for emergency towing. But the compound is not. That's 9am-5pm. After hours, we aren't required to open the gate. When the ** showed up to get his Snowmobile,  it was after 5pm and we had been working long hours. So I told him he needs to get that during business hours.  He did not call every day.  When they called the last time, we said yes come up right away to grab your snowmobile.  That has now been completed. The ** picked up his snowmobile Sunday, Dec 29th 2024.  I allowed the after hours as he had been waiting for his toy and it was early enough before i headed out to rescue another stranded motorist. the **** claim, that is between the ** and ICBC.  Once **** has made a decision,  the ** will be paid out or his brand new truck that he crashed will get repaired if they feel that is more economical.
