    The total roof completion quote was $5500 and the owner Marcel M***** of Vancity roofing required a 50% upfront
    deposit of $2750 which was paid by my **** card In Oct 2021

    I signed a contract for him to replace the roofs on pump house and entry of house.
    I have contacted him several times via phone and email since signing of the contract and nothing has
    happened and now its almost a year of stalling us and with the snow and rain coming soon will
    cause damage to my house and potential injury to tenants.

    He is using a **** **** ******* address on his website which he no longer lives at and the address on the contract **** ****** *** lone butte he does not reside their either.

    I want a refund or complete the job with warranty, price quoted and to my satisfaction by Oct.10/22 since I
    need the money now to hire a new roofer before it rains /snows

    I have the contract and email records with him delayed due to weather , broken trailers or
    doing other jobs but it is almost 1 year now and he has taken advantage of us and possibly others!

    Please help us!

    The company Vancity roofing was hired on the day i signed the contract and made payment of a deposit of $2750 the same day of Oct 19, 2021 

     

    I have sent you the contract where is signed and dated it. I have also sent in attachments again the **** statement showing statement.
