    On August 15, my partner got a brake inspection done by them, asking for specific information regarding the brakes and rotor sizes within the brakes. They promised to include that information in the inspection report, and charged for a brake inspection. After receiving the report, where they withheld the information we requested, they were called. They responded extremely rudely on the phone and told my partner they have the information "written down right here", but refuse to provide it because we won't be using them to fully replace the brakes on the vehicle.

    We do charge an inspection fee for a brake inspection & wave it if work is done .

    We gave a report in writing stating front brakes are grinding and rears are @ 3mm and outer tie rod ends are worn out

    Estimate showed parts required and labor with prices for each as per her uploaded picture supplied by customer 

    Customer was un happy because  they wanted to do job them self or use a back yarder ?? And I would not give out Part numbers or who my supplier was ( we never do ) , I told customer over the phone if they come in for the brake work i would credit back the inspection fee.

    They said NO they  just want info on exact parts to buy ( part numbers & sizing )
