    I purchased the *** Startup Program via a sales call with representative Michael, after watching a sales video from the Zab Twins Arek & Brian on Feb 23rd 20234.

    The program was to be an online course + mentorship that I paid thousands extra for.

    I asked many specific questions on the sales call including what software was used to do product research, specifically inquiring about ****** ***** and ****** ** and the sales rep boasted about The Twins being recognized by these companies. I was told that yes that is what is taught in the program.

    Immediately after joining I realized that they were not teaching those software yet selling their own software called ***** *** which was NEVER mentioned in any marketing material. I asked the next day to cancel the program but I was pressured into trying this software. The tutorials on ***** *** that are inside the paid course are the same ones that are on the ***** *** website.

    Upon entering my name and email for their software, I was then alerted to a data breach with ***** ***, and my data was exposed.

    I again asked for a refund and Michael told me that he could not help. I went back to the Zab Twins ********* pages and they had vanished. I was finally put in touch with Mr. Joy *** who wrote me a very condescending email and saying he would not give a refund.

    I tried to log back into the online course and the link doesn't even work. I don't want any mentorship calls with ********* people so now I have spend $5500 on absolutely nothing and I would like a refund for my payment.
