  *** himself arrived Monday morning at 8 a.m. after a Sunday night HELP call.Worked Quickly and efficiently , and took the garbage away with him.Will be using him again shortly for another job ****** W

  This review comes with many but two main complaints. 1) Did not provide upfront pricing, the original cost was supposed to be $400 but of course half way through the job they needed $350 more. 2) They did not clean up and left literally 30+ liters of raw sewage sitting on my bathroom floor. Here is the whole list of complaints:- Was originally scheduled between 10am-Noon but didn't end up coming out until 2:30. Now they called at 11:30 to reschedule with a noon to 4 window. - ***** arrived and he quoted $400 for the job. He spent about 45 minutes working. Large chunks of which the tech ***** was talking on the phone scheduling other jobs.. - Apparently the snake was not long enough and the clog was farther out then 80ft. But when the clog was cleared and I was shown where it was it was less than 40ft from the start. - I was strongarmed into paying $350 more to bring in the second machine. When the job started I was told the $400 included the larger machine already. I was promised up front pricing. What am I supposed to do say no and have to wait another day to get another plumber out to clear it. - ***** left for 50 minutes but left 20+ liters of raw sewage on the floor. I know the amount because I have a gallon of wet vac that I emptied 5-6 times. Thankfully I went down to check and cleaned up before it seeped more into the carpet outside of the bathroom. - ***** was chewing tobacco now I only saw him spitting outside but since he left 20+ litres of raw sewage and dirt/shit hand marks all over my wall I can assume. - ***** returned with another tech where he saw me cleaning up residual sewage on the floor. He said he was going to shop *** it. So he clearly had the tools and the time to clean up the 20+litres of sewage on my floor before leaving for 50 minutes. - When I went down to check the work, they again did not clean up the sewage. Again.

  We were not happy to have sewage backing up into our house, but we were super happy with ***** Plumbing. Fixing the problem took a couple of days and a couple of guys, but they were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. 100% recommend.

  I sent an Email to **** plumbing about a sanitary sewer problem and was surprised and pleased to get a phone call within 20 minutes. An appointment was set up for later in that day. The plumber that showed up (***** (Spelling)) was knowledgeable. I explained the problem. He listened, asked questions then went to work. The problem was fixed and I am pleased.Bud. June 6th 2025

  ***** was recommended to me by my previous plumber who ended his business. I have used ***** several times since then and have been extremely happy with the work.   I had called ***** to repair a leaking toilet and slow drain. *** attended this service call himself. He was running late and called to keep me informed of his progress. He arrived at his updated time, and performed the investigation. He offered solutions and consulted me on all decision points. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work. It was well worth having him in to resolve my problems. It was a pleasurable experience interacting with *** and having the work done quickly and professionally. I will use ***** again the next time I need plumbing help.

  Highly recommend. Same day service which is difficult to find nowadays. Technician was timely , professional , polite and clean. He persevered until the problem was resolved.
