      Invoice Date Sept 11 2024 Hired Taves Roofing to replace the sheeting, shingles, fascia board major issue: employee of the contractor put foot through the interior ceiling of the house and contractor claims this is home owner responsibility. This is the main concern however other damages occured. Gutter damage, vinyl siding damage

      We hired Taves Roofing in March 2023 to replace our roof. In their proposal they indicated that a manufacturer warranty would be sent to us. I sent a text to ***** June 29 2023 to no response. I then sent a email July 20 which he answered, said he would take care of it that day. Today is August ****************************************** heard anything. Shouldnt have to chase them for it.

      Good afternoon, my name is ***** i am the manager of Taves roofing. i have looked into this and the warranty has been sent off to ***********. Unfortunately they are backed up so it is taking longer then normal to get the warranty in the mail. i have also spoken to ***** and he has mentioned he talked to **** about this but will reach out to her again to solve this issue and clarify that it is coming. *********** does not know when she will receive it but they have confirmed it has been processed and has been sent out.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      We have been promised this before and told it had been sent. The roof was completed in March and we have received nothing since then.We will not be satisfied until we receive the manufactures warranty.

      good morning ****, I completely understand. I called *********** again today to try and speed up the process but unfortunately all they said was within 2-3 weeks you should have it in the mail. the best i can do at this point is email you over a copy of the warranty in the meantime which *********** just send me a copy this morning. i did try and call you and got a voicemail where i left a message for you to call me back. if you could please let me know your email i will be happy to send the email copy to you right away!
