    I made an online order of a Chiappa M1-9 and paid clear for $588 on Friday 25th August 2023, and on Saturday 26th August, *************************************************** because on early time another one paid more and they resale the gun to this guy, They sold my paid merchandise to who paid more than me ! I won't come to this store who has no basic credit of business.

    This store should not be selling on line. I pre paid an almost $400 order, including freight. One month later - nothing. The *** tracking number they gave me shows that the order was returned to sender. Three emails go unanswered. I try to phone their on line department but have to leave three voicemails which also go unanswered. Finally, I get a live person. He looks up the order number and confirms that they have it sitting in their store. I re-verify the shipping address and he says they will ship it again that very day. That was two weeks ago. I have not received my order and do not even have a tracking number. To put it in perspective, we are talking about a shipment from BC to Ontario.
    Bottom line is they have had my money for two months and I have nothing. Save yourself a bunch of grief and do not deal here.
