The owner and I made a deal on tile and base. she gave me a price I gave her a deposit and paid in full later and she delivered the tile but she did not the base. Now she claims it wasn't included and says the price of the tile was more than what we agreed upon. *** *** ******** **** ** ** **** ***** ********** **** *** **** **** *** *** ***** **** **********

    Business Response

    Date: 21/01/2023

This customer was here approximately 6 months ago inquiring about tiles for his bathroom - the floor and shower base. He got 272 square feet of 24" x 24" at $6.50/sq. ft. In fact he tile retail cost was more than that. He also got 25 sheets of marble pebblestone at $28/sq. ft. He also got black porcelain tiles for his fireplace hearth precut and delivered early at a price of $275.

    Added up it comes to

    272 x $6.50 = $1768.00

    25 x $28.00 = $700.00

Precut black porcelain tiles = $250.00

Total cost is $2718 + taxes = $3044.16 - all tiles have been delivered

This entire amount was not even paid yet, however he is claiming that I owe him a shower base. That would be a huge oversight if it was agreed upon, which I am certain it was not. Where is it included in the price? Also, this customer has come into my business repeatedly and ****** ** ** *** ***** ***** * **** ********** *** **** ** ******** ***** *t. This is entirely false.. I don't ***** people in my business and have had repeat customers for almost 2 decades now. Also, if it was true I owed this man a shower base, besides it not being included in the cost, where is this agreed on? I run my business with integrity and on good reputation. There is no evidence that I owe this man a shower base. Also, he is *********** and ********* towards me and I told him I would call the police if he returned to my business.
