    called March 3 for towing for March 6 from Maple Ridge to *******, quoted $150.53, asked to provide credit card, happened to check credit card and saw Maple Ridge Towing had authorized transaction March 3 on credit card in the amount of $150.53. March 6 tow job was done. Tow truck driver confirmed $150.53 would be charged. March 8 saw posted on credit card $255.36. Spoke to tow truck driver, he provided email address for the General Manager -Fraser *************************head office of Maple Ridge Towing which is owned by Reliable Towing. **** did respond to my email-stating he has sent this to his office managers. Since then I have emailed March 13 & 20 to him. no response back. I have placed calls to the office Manager and left messages March 20, 21, 22, 24, 25. March 21 an employee asked if she could help. we had a conversation for 8 minutes, she reviewed notes on tow job confirming we were correct in the amount quoted and notes on file that the tow truck driver confirmed the amount $150.53 would be charged to the credit card. She said she'd get back to me. She did March 22 said the office manager approved the overcharge of the difference $104.83 would be put back on our credit card. To date (March 29) still not done. Not once did the Office Manager call me. To date (March 29) from March 6 business has not emailed invoice was told once overcharged was given, invoice would be emailed.
