I paid the business ****** to catch a wild critter/vermin. The guy showed up , he had filthy shoes that left ***** stains on our carpet. He said" not my shoes "and myself and a family member said yes look it's your shoes leaving the marks ( the guy agreed). He picked up my vacuum and started vaccuing his stains. He looked for the vermin by making a lot of noise. Then he wandered around the house looking making noise. Next day he came back looked 1 more time by again making noice as to scare the critter. Of course he didn't see it . Then he gave me 1 trap. It was old and not a clean trap iron but old. He put some peanut butter in it. Then he came back a week later to pick up the traps , he never inspected the decks or outside or in our house again. No critter caught. That was what ****** bought us. I have shampooed the carpet it won't come out it is stains from the worker shoes. Health hazard the stuff on his shoes carpet is ruined.

      Business Response

Hello, I received an email from BBB few weeks ago. I thought its a scam. Because no one ever complaint about our service not even this customer.

We received a call at 10:55 PM (Late night, January 16th) for an emergency service. We quoted 495+5% GST. We sent her a text message to please confirm, THAT THERE IS NOT GUARANTEE on finding the animal. If we cant find or see, we can do anything. Sometimes it gets out before we reach there or sometimes it hides somewhere in the house full of everything. I am attaching the screenshot of our conversation or come in person to verify our conversation via text message. I offered her alive, cage and put some peanut butter in it. I came home at 1:07 Am (In the morning).

2: On the second day, we went there again when she reported sighting on the animal. We searched everywhere. We couldnt find it, then we opened up the window a bit to provide an exit and also added one more live trap. Since then, she had not seen or observed any animal. We are certain the animal got out through the window.

On this day, we inspected her deck area. We took some pictures For her so she can share with her property management company. I sent her the pictures Via text. She received it. When I was leaving that day, she went to the office of the Property Manager to share those pictures. I am attaching the screenshot of those pictures.

3: After few days, we texted her about the situation . She said, She had not seen anything. I said probably its out through the window. Then she insisted on leaving the traps for a bit longer, which we agree to. On February 6th ( 21 days) She put both the traps by her front door and took a picture. Send it to us, Saying your cages are by the front door. Im looking at the cages that she took the picture of are very neat and clean. Yes, the peanut butter on it got dried out in 21 days.

4: Usually, when Im going inside the house, we takeoff our shoes. In this house, I didnt. It was not well maintained windows broken, doors, broken. I cant say more.
Shes absolutely right I made some mess on the carpet. Shes right, I thought it was not me, but it was me. When I realized that it was me, I asked her, if I can use her vacuum to clean up. She agreed to.
