Quote process and communication was good. Install was a different story. I had natural gas run from my meter to my deck and had 2 bbq boxes mounted. The installers didn’t have the correct material to mount to my deck so they decided to use plywood I had laying in my yard for over a year. The cuts were rough and completely unfinished looking. They painted it black and in doing so got paint on my railings. When I sent pictures along with my complaints to the owner she explained to me that this is normal for installers to use material when they don’t have it. It was my understanding that when I agreed to a quote over $1800 that all materials would be included. In conversation the owner kept asking me why I sounded quite upset… I finished the conversation saying I would just finish it properly myself. Don’t bother using these people.

We are Natural Gas Fitters, not Wood Workers, we did do the best job we could to securely attach the BBQ box at the desired location. We did use wood found on site that was in fine condition, however we do not have prefab material for attaching. We did offer to return and try to put something else to his satisfaction and he declined. We do try our best to please everybody unfortunately he waited * ***** after the job was completed and called in a quite unreasonable state. The customer was not home at the time of install so we had no direction as to his preference of how he wanted the BBQ attached. We took it upon ourselves, with our years of experience, to make sure it was secured properly and to code. Our main concern is the Natural Gas installation which is our profession. We sincerely apologize as our goal is always to have a satisfied customer.
