I used Scotts last year for a tuneup on my snowblower, the *** said that he could only get it to 3/4 throttle and that it would be fine and that maybe it needed a new carburetor. When it finally snowed a few weeks later it didnt work that great and by the 2nd or 3rd snowfall it quit working ************* I called on October 6th and explained what happened and that I was not happy with the tuneup. I was told that they would come out and fix it.I finally spoke to someone (never did get hes name?) he said he would order the part and that he would only charge me 1/2 his labour, I agreed. I didnt hear anything by Thursday so I sent a message asking when he was coming?I could see that he read it, no reply.I asked again on Monday and every day for 2 week ( plus emails and tons of voicemail messages).I wrote a review and suddenly he messaged me and said he would be out on the weekend (this was on Wednesday the 23rd) and he would contact me closer to the weekend to say what day and time he was coming, I finally started calling and messaging him again on Friday,Saturday and Sunday (numerous times each day). I finally called him on Sunday using a different phone and he picked up on the second ring, I said who I was and he said oh hi, how are you?I said Ive been trying to get ahold of you for two weeks .He said (yelling) I know, blah blah blah something about a hospital? And that he would call me back within the hour I never heard back from him.Ive asked for a refund for the tuneup $147.99.Ive since read reviews about this company and Im not the only one that has been treated this way.
