    We reserved months in advance for Enrapture Limo to pickup and take up to the airport for our trip. All deposits and money were paid on time, come the morning of scheduled pickup, no one arrived. We waited 10mins past the time, I called, went right to voicemail (which was full). Waited more, called again, same thing. Waited even more, but this, voicemail was clear and I was able to listen to them, which meant someone was screening calls. We wailed just over 30mins when we decided we had to leave and drive ourselves. I called and left another msg saying just that and we wanted an explanation and refund.While on our trip, I also emailed as I didnt have access to phone calls and the company owner emailed back and refunded $300 of the $700 we paid. I kindly said no, you were in breach of contract, I was not, we no longer need pickup on our return as we had to drive ourselves so I would appreciate the remaining money returned, He then replied again and sent another $300. I reminded him again, he still owes us $100 and we again were not in breach of contract he was. I have emailed several times since our return on Nov 4th and have still yet to get my $100 I am still owed. I have only received 1 response since returning saying it was being forwarded to their billing department for review and all other emails since have been ignored.Original pickup date was Oct 25 Return date was Nov 4th
