    I was involved in a car accident in ********** on July 23. I called Reliable to tow the car. The day after the accident I was informed by my insurance adjuster (Stratford Underwriting) that I had to go into the Reliable tow yard in order to pay my bill. They insisted that I had to do it in person so I grabbed a taxi and went to the yard per the instructions from their dispatch operator. The taxi drops me off in pouring rain but the yard is closed and bolted even though it was during posted business hours. I called dispatch again and she tells me that I should have made an appointment which she didn't mention during our phone conversation that morning. She tells me that she would try to find someone to come open the gate so I can pay the bill. I stood there in the rain for an hour before anyone showed up. Three days later, my insurance adjuster calls again and tells me that Reliable requires me to go into the yard in person to pay more yard fees before they will dispatch the vehicle to the repair shop. I do this and set up the tow to the shop in **********, Maximum Collision on ****************** Reliable tells me they completed the tow and left my vehicle at the shop on August 1. I was under the impression that my car was now undergoing repairs. I received a call on Friday from my adjuster saying that no one knows where my car is. The shop never received it. Reliable delivered it to the wrong shop. My car has still not begun repairs. I reached out to Reliable several times via email because if you call, you just get dispatch. I didn't receive a reply and had to wait and worry all weekend, not knowing where my car is or which shop it went to because Reliable is refusing to send me the drop off pictures. I have now lost over two weeks of repairs, my borrowed vehicle has to be returned and Reliable is fully responsible for this. I want a refund for all services provided by Reliable plus money for a vehicle for the two weeks that they had my car sitting in limbo.

    On May 21, 2023 we were 8kms up the ******************************* service rd when we flagged down reliable towing for a tow back to town or a tire repair.He said he couldnt repair our tire but he could tow ** to ********** for ****** plus his mileage which was $3.60 per km. ****** +165.60($3.60x46kms) We were towed 46 kms all together. The towing company charged ** $950.00 and wouldnt produce a receipt. I tried to call the towing company and they just kept putting me on hold to talk to a manager. I was asking questions about the break down of the $950.00 and the girl would put me on hold, then come back and tell me to look at my receipt that she said she emailed. I never received her email receipt to either my personal or work email

    This was an error in billing and quoting by some of our staff. I adjusted the bill the following morning and removed and refunded what I thought were the overcharges. It turns out the customer was also misquoted. I spoke with her this morning and issued a further refund.
