    The female proprietor is a cunning fox. Each and every time I have visited the business she has said "Oh, by the way, the price of glass has just gone up.Her father was a respected and trusted entrepreneur but the daughter is another story. Always get at least two quotes before you buy.

    While we appreciate your desire to share your feeling regarding the staff at Abstract Glass ***** it is difficult for us to know who you're referring to. There are 2 daughters of the owner who have worked here over the last 20 years; sometimes overlapping each other. Both are professional, well-trained individuals who have conducted themselves extremely well over the years and this type of feedback is a first.It's very difficult to respond to this complaint as there's no identification as to whom the complainant is referring to.Also, I find it necessary to point out that neither daughter of the owner has been employed with Abstract Glass **** since March of 2023 & I'm curious as to why this complaint post is more than 1 year past that time. Perhaps dealing with a complaint at the time of the interaction, and asking to speak with the owner would have better served the complainant, as neither daughter is a principal of Abstract Glass ****
