I am in now in the remote *********************** I explained I would be working as an Advanced Practice Nurse.  I am unable to use the worksite computer for personal use.  Due to the very remote area I am currently in, I was restricted by weight when I flew here and only have my phone to communicate with.  When I click to make a comment I cant proceed.

I am not pleased with WA Gardening response as although they apologized for miscommunication and retracted their statement re: accusing me of hiring them to do a landscape design, they did not address my other stated concerns. Miscommunication does not include both disrespectful behaviours and communication that mocks and demeans.

I expect **** to address spitting sputum on my ground in front of me and then when I asked him to please not spit on my yard, he ground this sputum  into ground with his boot.  I will add that I at times babysit my friends 3 year old who lives across the street and he likes to sometimes dig in my yard.  I was revolted and repulsed by ***** rudeness and his lack of knowledge re: overall basic hygiene and respect of another persons property.  I will add that it would have been within my legal right to report the issues relating to spitting sputum onto my yard to the **** and to public health.

**** also demeaned me for not knowing the type of hard scape materials I was to use;  lack of knowledge re: how to tie a rope to a survey post and mocking me by stating I knew how to tie my shoelaces didnt I?  These comments were grossly unprofessional and out of line.

When they have responded to these concerns as well then I will be satisfied.  They were disrespectful and I feel they assumed I was a pushover that they could bully.  They took advantage of my kindness, insulted my intelligence and in doing so grossly underestimated me.

Clearly, any business that does not conduct themselves with a high standard of professionalism in their dealings with me raises red flags.  As such it is too risky to deal with such businesses.

    ********* *******.
o so as won't be here all the time to water, during this conversation I made a notation of their idea and added it in red to the questionnaire they had provided. On April 12/25 at my home **** spit a large wad of sputum on my yard and when I asked him to not do this he ground it in with his boot. **** seemed unaware of the BC Health Act re expectorating sputum.**** berated and demeaned me for not deciding/knowing about landscape/fence materials (though he also stated he does not do fences). ****** was annoyed as I decided I wanted grass after not wanting it. None of them had done a plan, contract, itemized out pricing, etc as I'd asked (details of same have been inputted to BBB). Contact with ********************************** April 14/25 to share WA Gardening experience and was told professional landscapers should conduct themselves respectfully, communicate clearly and with professionalism. They are to guide me through material options, respect my evolving needs.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/05/2025

A regrettable situation all of this is for all parties involved.

We would like to offer our apologies for any misunderstandings with respect to the landscape design of the property and for any issues or disagreements in our meetings.

We equally retract any statement that was offered with respect to being directly solicited to do the design.

We wish the homeowner all the best in their endeavours for their landscaping project.
