    If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! ProTemp Control is owned by James Duffy, and he recently installed the dual fuel gas furnace and heat pump in our home (we used the Fortis BC rebate program). First of all, his quote came in approx $2000 below the next nearest quote (he installed Carrier products, so very well rated and established). We actually got six different quotes, and his was by far the best. Second, even though he works on his own, he is the most dedicated and conscientious tradesman we have ever dealt with! He took approx a week remove our old furnace; replace duct work; install the new heat pump and pad; and change out our existing thermostat. Third, he explained everything (numerous times!) in layman's language, and made everything easy to understand. He was so patient and approachable. He kept us up to date on exactly he was doing every single day, and gave us options where they were available. If you have any HVAC, heating, air conditioning, furnace, fireplace, or other "heat control" questions or concerns, make sure you get a quote or talk to James at ProTemp Control. We can't recommend him enough! Thank you James!
