We have had our ductless Mitsubishi heat pump for a week now and really, really like it. Thank you to Stuart for suggesting it and thank you as well to Kyler, Korey and Carter for their professional and competent installation. It has also been a pleasure to work with the local office staff.

My 2 Mitsubishi split type heat pump units were installed in 2 days. The job was a little tricky, but beautifully and professionally done. I was so impressed with the team! They worked very well together, were collegial and helpful to one another, respectful and fun to have around. I was impressed by what a great instructor Levi was. Thank you, Stuart, for selling this to me, and for helping me with all the paperwork. Keiran was the team electrician, Levi and Quinton the installers, and Korey the technician....thank you guys!ServiceXCEL

Approximately 18 months ago, Servicexcel installed a heat pump in our home that was formerly electrically heated, thus there were no ducts available. The installers did a fabulous job installing 3 heating units in our small condo with all duct work hidden either inside a wall or in the ceiling. For our first year with the equipment, we've had a reduction of 20 to 25% in electrical bills. Today we've just had our first annual inspection (and tune-up) and were impressed with how efficient and thorough Adam Y, (our Servicexcel rep), was to the point where we want only Adam to do our next year's inspection. He patiently took the time to explain the equipment and how to get the best out of it through simple cleaning of filters periodically. Well done, Adam. And we're totally pleased with how quiet and efficient our heating/AC units have performed in the last year. Anna & Brian BServiceXCEL

Totally professional from start to finish. Beginning with Stuart the sales rep who was very knowledgable with the heat pump products and the available rebates. When the crew of 3 vans and 6 tradesmen arrived to remove our oil burning furnace and oil tank, they were efficient, polite, respectful and hardworking. We were so happy with the retrofit to a 3 ton Mitsubishi Heat Pump. The crew left no footprint as they were super tidy. They laid down blankets, vacuumed, made sure walls had no hand prints and hauled away all garbage. Hats off to Levi, Mark, Jason, Corey, Ivan & Korey. We would highly recommend ServiceXCEL to anyone requiring plumbing/electrical needs. Romeo & FayServiceXCEL

We recently had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed using our current ducting after they removed our previous furnace. We couldn't be happier with both the unit and the wonderful installers, The installation went very smoothly & we were so pleased with how tidy things were left. We love our heat pump. They applied to BC Hydro for our rebate and we have already received it. You are very lucky to have such great employees who do such a professional job. We will definitely recommend your company. I had my Wall mounted heat pump system serviced by Thomas, 15 August 2022. Throughout the service period, Thomas was courteous, efficient and displayed a thorough knowledge of the entire system. He invited me to view the process and answered all my questions, inviting me to contact him directly or the company should I have any future queries about the installation and/or its operation.
