    Do not shop here, we bought a used oven here and the button was giving us trouble since the day we bought it. I notified them a few days after we bought it and they said to "wait and see if it gets any worse". After a little more than a month it stopped working completely. They said that they only guarantee their products to work for 30 days and refused to help me or return my calls even though they are the ones who told me to "wait and see if it got any worse". Had they not said that, I would have just warrantied it immediately before the 30 days were up. It's as if that was their intention to run out of the 30-day window to prevent me from using the warranty. Definitely would suggest people to buy new since it doesn't actually cost much more anyways and if you do buy used, avoid Barron's Appliances at all costs.

    I am not sure who you spoke to a few months ago, but had you called us right away, we would have absolutely guaranteed our product. We do not have any records of you making this call to us. We just spoke to you a few days ago, and you understood our 30-day warranty policy and at no point did you reference a previous conversation regarding "wait and see". It is now well past this time frame, so unfortunately, we cannot help you. We would have been willing to work with you had it been a few days out of warranty, but it has now been a couple months.
