    They were really friendly and accommodating at first when I explained our situation. Our house sold months ago and we've been struggling to find somewhere. We were told we could stay here and pay a monthly fee with no issues. Then 6 days before we were supposed to pay again, we were told we needed to leave, and given many different excuses. We offered to pay more to stay, we were told it doesn't matter. My husband has cancer and is starting treatment on the day we are to leave. We asked if we could pay for a couple more nights just so he could do his treatment. We were told that they don't care and were told to go to welfare. We are not on welfare, we both have jobs and I feel like that is discrimination against us because of our situation. The front desk lady was extremely rude and uncaring about our situation and has continued to harass and stalk us every day since. We are in a desperate situation and feel lied to, as we were told we could stay at first only to be denied later on giving us next to no time to find somewhere else to go. I am extremely disappointed in the service we have received here.

    Karina Poirier and Shane Rietzel checked in the hotel March 13, 2024 for 30 days check out on April 12, 2024 at 11am. Our rule is to remind guests when they check out day is. They checked out April 12, 2024 at 5pm
