      My experience with Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln was not a case of minor misunderstanding, but a sustained pattern of manipulation, evasiveness, and a refusal to provide even basic accountability. As a first-time buyer, I expected professionalism and transparency. Instead, I encountered a dealership focused on upselling, stonewalling, and dismissing every concern raised both during and after the sale.
      Every attempt to resolve these issues—directly and through the channels available to consumers—was met with condescending or dismissive responses, delivered in language that ranged from “friendly” to “smug,” but never matched with real action or explanation. When questioned about unclear pricing, shifting financing options, or unexplained add-ons, staff either brushed off questions as “normal” or deflected responsibility.
      More troubling, the dealership showed little regard for genuine resolution or customer satisfaction. Concerns were routinely minimized, and meaningful follow-up was largely absent unless prompted by outside pressure. This lack of transparency, evasive behaviour, and absence of meaningful follow-through is more than disappointing—it is a clear warning sign for anyone considering doing business here.
      If you value clear communication, fair dealing, and basic accountability in a major purchase, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

      We are truly sorry that Mr. *********** feels the way he does. We feel we did everything we could to explain the details and help him understand the decisions he made. Knowing he was still completely unhappy with the situation we offered to return the vehicle and refund ALL his money but he chose not to. We feel we did everything we could to rectify this situation.
