    I purchased a ***** ** **** ***** Package from Woodgrove Chrysler in Nanaimo,BC,in 02/29/2020. This package was supposed to cover Appearance Care, undercoating, &fabric/leather protection. I attempted to use it before it expired February10,2025, but I was denied service due to undisclosed conditions & missing paperwork that I was never provided.
    In January 2025, finance manager **** from Woodgrove Chrysler confirmed my package was still valid& transferable to any *** dealership. However, when I went to ****** ***** in Fort McMurray on February 10, 2025, they told me:
    -My package was void because it required “touch-ups” every 1-2 years (never disclosed at the time of purchase).
    -I was missing additional paperwork that I never received.
    -My seat rip wasn’t covered due to a 2 cm limit, another undisclosed condition.
    -I made over 10 attempts to contact WC’s finance department, but they ignored me for weeks. When I finally spoke to *** ******** (GSM)Feb 27, 2025, he told me that my refund was denied because I had originally asked for nearly $5,000, which included my entire service contract.However, I did not realize at the time that this amount included my Chrysler Gold Plus Plan.
    My request was only for my *** package ($988 + taxes), but instead of looking at the facts, they focused solely on the amount I mistakenly provided. They never clarified my request or looked at details I provided, which clearly referred to my Appearance Care package.Instead of working with me to correct the misunderstanding, they refused my refund based on misinformation &stalled until my warranty expired.Also ******* ******* in a public ****** review that I blocked them, even though *** texted me on February 27.
    To avoid refunding me, they offered to “highly credit” a new vehicle if I traded in my truck.I declined.
    Desired Resolution:I’m requesting a refund of $988 + taxes for my *** package due to W.C’s failure to disclose terms, stalling tactics,refusal to resolve my complaint in good faith.

    On October 31st, 2024 i financed a used SUV from Woodgrove Chrysler. i was only told the biweekly cost and what the vehicle was selling for (23,900). i was not made aware about extra costs and what the total cost was and was made to wait over 5 hours through the process. the finance manager finally had a pile of documents in the last half hour ( we had been there from 12;30 to 5;15) and flipped though and only handed me the pages i needed to sign and had coloured in where to do so. i was not read any of the costs that i was agreeing to and was repetitively told only the biweekly cost. i finally had a moment after to read the total cost (56,000 all told) but the business had already closed so i called and came back in the next morning but was told everything had already gone through the night previous and i couldn't cancel the financing. I was not read the disclosures and other fine print so did not realize till i had gone home and put on glasses since the fine print was very faded and small.

    they also had hid a crack in the window underneath the sale sticker so i did not see it till after the purchase. if i had been made aware of the price in total i would not have made the purchase.
