    My new roof and gutters look gorgeous! The crew were very friendly and professional and did an amazing job of cleaning up. This was the only company that showed up last August to give me a quote. After ten months of waiting, Dan stuck to the same amount as quoted and gave me a good deal on gutters. I would recommend this company but patience is required.

    I hired BEST ON TOP ROOFING to replace the shingles on my roof after a storm last year. The company had the best reviews I could find. Mitch was here on the same day the shingles blew off to secure the roof. During the winter, a small leak occurred because of snow melting on the roof. Mitch was there the same day to secure the roof again. I was most impressed. It did take some time to replace the shingles and yes, promises of installation were not kept. In the end, my roof was completed 3 weeks ago. Thank you to Dan and his experienced crew, it was a professional job and I am very pleased.
    Sometimes, from my experience, if you build up a company with an amazing reputation, you end up with too many contracts to fulfill. Then the frustrating part, as a business owner, who is subject to supply chain issues, experienced installer
    crew issues and of course weather and winter, can easily and frustratingly cause delayed installations.
    My recommendation to Dan and Best On Top Roofing is to be pro-active to communicate with customers. If necessary in person. Don't make promises you can't keep. To customers who are still waiting, please understand and be patient. To them and future customers, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Dan and Best On Top Roofing. Work, understand and communicate with Dan. You will get a quality roof installation. I RECOMMEND BEST ON TOP ROOFING.

    Negative from start to ongoing finish. Late start of project with many delays, did not do work promised, poor workmanship allowed leak into the house, leak damage repair only partially addressed-6 months after promised, poor clean up, difficult to contact and get response. Lowest quote but not worth the trouble, aggravation, damage and ongoing issues almost 2 years later.

    Contracted Best on Top Roofing May 18 2022. Received estimate June 10 2022 for work. Insurance approved July 15 2022. Told work done in October. Dates missed again and again with all sorts of excuses. Paid $****** in Dec 17. When they took the money, they said it was for materials yet on the phone works were texting to have some of the money sent to them. **** ******** *** *** ** **** ********* ***** *** ******* ** **** ****** There have been 108 no rain days since contact with vendor. Nothing has been done. Every time contact is made with vendor, Dan always says done in next few days etc etc. Never gets done, no contact is made and if made, another dishonest response.
