    Awful experience. I contacted them for a quote to do my roof and they came out within a few days, took some measurements, etc. They said they would hand-deliver the quote within the week, a week went by and nothing. I called them and they said they would look into it and nothing. Called them again and they said they will look into it and have someone call me back and nothing. Completely ghosted.

    Good morning,
    I have contacted Mr. Dwyer after acknowledging this review. We performed service work last fall at Mr. Dwyer's residence which went well. Mr. Dwyer then asked for a quote for a re-roof of the house so we gathered information to produce an estimate. In the meantime, we switched our system from mostly paperwork to digital where information gets uploaded to our cloud. In the transition we lost quite many sketches and information pertinent to the production of quotes. Mr. Dwyer's information was part of it. I offered to produce a quote right away and hopefully redeeming ourselves by offering a competitive price but his roof was already replaced.
    I hope Mr. Dwyer and the BBB understand that we produce over 60 quotes a week and this was not our intention to "ghost" or deliver a bad experience to our customers. We took the necessary steps to make sure this situation does not re-occurs.
