    My storage is over due. I continuously keep trying to phone and pay with my credit card. A girl from budget answers and wants to know my name and what can she help you with, I told her and she replies, I can't help you with that, after being on the phone for 14 min. She puts me on hold to connect to someone who can, after 4 min. she comes back on on says they are helping a customer right now. Put on hold again, wait 3 min. she gets back on the line and said they are still busy! That's 21 min. of my time, I hung up as I have an appointment to tend to. This is the norm for this company. I have now written them an e-mail to phone me back in Mexico, or give me a time when I can call back again!
