    This contractor uses an assistant in the nature of a sub-contractor ( his employee) whom he has foisted on me as my employee to be paid directly by me in cash...under the table...no invoice/ no receipts. I am a Senior living on pension for whom the tax deduction for expenses on Home Accessibility is some relief . This guy is denying it to me by his practices
